How do you ship and what is the pricing?

Shipping costs vary depending on your exact location and the shipping option you chose.

Why didn’t my order come in one package?

We ship your orders from various international warehouses. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, they are on the way.

Where do you ship?

We provide international shipping. There might be times when we can’t deliver a shipment due to restricted access and or to certain countries due to postal restrictions.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, it usually takes 15-20 business days for shipping to the US and 15-29 business days for other countries.

How can I track my order?

We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled out when placing your orders. This email will also guide you on how you can track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receiving that email.

When will my tracking information appear?

You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment has been handed over to us.

Why can't i track my order?

Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 2-5 days after being updated. For the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. Therefore, if you sometimes don’t find information about your package, please track again later.

Why is my shipment status unchanged?

Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order has been shipped.

Why do I have to pay an extra fee to the shipping company to receive my order?

When your order is ready to ship, we will send it to the shipping company and they will completely handle it. Depends on each shipping company's policy or customs procedure, you might be charged extra fee for the final delivery or the import tax, mostly when the shipping address is in a remote area. In this case, please kindly pay them the required fee to receive your order.

How can I pay for my order?

We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card, Debit card, VISA, MasterCard and a host of other options. You can choose the option that is best for you. All products are set in US Dollar, our system will automatically convert it to your currency to make it easy for you when placing your order.

How to place an order?

First of all, visit our store at: https://rookiekart.com/,  choose products that you love, then click "Buy It Now" and "Check out". Then fill in your information and pay. That's it! Very easy.

How can I modify my order?

If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email at rookiekartorders@gmail.com,  within 12 hours of placing your order.

What if I received a defective/damaged item?

We always strive to bring only the top-quality products to you.

In the rare event that you receive a defective/damaged item, please contact us by sending an email to rookiekartorders@gmail.com and tell us about your problem. You could also attach photos or videos to help us understand the issue better.

Based on the assessment, we can either send a replacement to you, or you could return the product to get a full refund.

What if the tracking information for my order is stuck for weeks or shows "returned to sender"?

Step 1: Please verify that the address that you filled in shipping details is accurate. Sometimes a wrong address will make it extremely difficult to deliver your order to you.

Step 2: If the address is correct, contact our Customer Service by sending an email to rookiekartorders@gmail.com and we’ll track your order in the backend and share an update.

Step 3: If the address you provided is incorrect, please send an email with the correct shipping address to rookiekartorders@gmail.com. There might be an extra cost associated with this given that it’ll be a new shipment.

What should I do if I provided you a wrong shipping address?

You can contact us at rookiekartorders@gmail.com with any modification request to your address within 12 hours of placing your order.

In case you contact us after the first 12 hours, there will be an extra cost associated with this given that it’ll be a new shipment.

Tracking shows "returned to sender", what should I do?

There are 2 common reasons why an order might return: Your shipping address was incorrect/insufficient, or you were absent at the time the order was attempted to be delivered.

If the address you provided is incorrect, please send an email with the correct shipping address to rookiekartorders@gmail.com. There might be an extra cost associated with this given that it’ll be a new shipment.

Otherwise, we are willing to send you a replacement. If the second order does not reach you too, then we are extremely sorry that we will have to close the request at that point.
